It consists of a brass body with a spherical (ball-shaped) inside that has a hole or port through it. The main body of the valve is typically made of brass, which is a corrosion-resistant and durable material. The brass body houses the spherical ball with a hole bored through it.
The ball inside of fail safe electric brass ball valve has a hole or port that can be rotated within the valve body. When the hole is aligned with the flow direction, it allows the fluid to pass through, and when it is perpendicular to the flow direction, it blocks the flow.
The electric actuator is attached to fail safe electric brass ball valve and is responsible for rotating the ball within the valve body.
